Products

Our “Ready to Ship” items are pieces that are already fully crafted, inspected, and packaged, waiting in our studio for their new home. As soon as your order is confirmed, we carefully prepare the package for dispatch within our standard processing time of 1–3 business days. This option is perfect for customers who want to receive their items quickly without the wait associated with custom production.

When an item is labeled “Made to Order,” it means that it is not pre-made and will be created especially for you after your purchase. This process allows us to dedicate time, attention, and skill to each individual piece, often tailoring it to your specific preferences. The production timeline can vary depending on the complexity of the design, but it typically takes between 1–3 weeks before your piece is ready to be shipped.

Yes, one of the main benefits of Made to Order is the opportunity for customization. In many cases, we can adjust the size, materials, gemstones, or other details to suit your taste or requirements. We encourage you to contact us prior to placing your order to discuss the available customization options, so we can ensure your piece is exactly how you envision it.

Because Made to Order pieces are created specifically for you, they are considered personalized items and may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. We take great care in quality control to ensure each item meets our high standards before shipping. For full details regarding returns, please review our Return Policy.

 

Yes, you may combine both Ready to Ship and Made to Order pieces in the same order. However, please note that your order will only be shipped once all items are ready. If you wish to receive your Ready to Ship items sooner, we recommend placing them in a separate order so they can be dispatched without waiting for the Made to Order items to be completed.

You are not alone! We’ve tested our jewelry for nickel and lead and while it should be totally safe for you to wear, we cannot guarantee our products will not trigger an allergic reaction.

Returns & Exchanges

 

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the jewelry is in its original packaging and in perfect condition, that you have the proof of purchase, and that you’ve obtained the shipping label from us. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the criteria.

We will refund you in full back to your original form of payment. However, please note that we will not refund any shipping charges you paid.

Refunds will take anywhere between 5-10 business days to appear back on your statement.

You can drop it off at any USPS collection box, USPS post office or any FedEx store.

Billing

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards.

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

Not to worry, it happens to the best of us. Check the following:

Check that your card is not expired.
Double check the accuracy of your credit card’s billing details; such as the billing address and the security code (i.e. what you’ve entered into the checkout details).
Call your credit card issuer – they might’ve have stopped this payment from going through.

At any time, you can view your order status on your My Account page. This page will be updated as soon as possible, at two different stages: first, when your credit card is charged and again when your product is shipped.

We only accept one promo code at a time. We are sure that there will be other opportunities to use your promo code in the future.
