Shipped Within 24 Hours
At Nayram, we believe beautiful things shouldn’t take forever to arrive. That’s why we’ve streamlined our shipping process to get your jewelry to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase (Monday through Saturday). Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will ship the following business day.

Mixed Orders:
If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order pieces and you choose expedited U.S. shipping, we will:
Ship ready-to-ship items via standard shipping immediately
Ship custom-made items separately via expedited shipping once ready — at no extra charge
Tracking
& Insurance
All shipments are insured up to $200.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 12 hours for the tracking number to become active.
Your Order
is on Its Way
We do not track packages nor do we have access to any additional information regarding a parcel’s location other than the shipper’s tracking number which you are provided when a parcel ships. If you are shipping internationally or opt for expedited shipping, the rate charged is based on the weight of your products and your location.
International
Orders
Shipping rates for international orders are calculated based on destination and weight.
Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Othélia is not responsible for delays due to customs or international handling.
