• Simply use the – UPLOAD FILE – or – CONTACT US-  to send us a picture or scan of the FINGERPRINT.

• To acquire a fingerprint you can either use the traditional ink pad and paper, or scotch tape and pencil methods. Or you can also snap an image of the actual finger with your phone, just turn your flash off and make sure the image is in focus 🙂

• Messages can be engraved on two sides of the charm with an additional fee – $10. If you want an engraving on one side of the charm, choose ONE SIDED*. If you want engravings on both sides, choose DOUBLE SIDED*.

• The length option is the TOTAL length (including the charm). If you order a 18″ chain, the piece will come as CHAIN + CHARM = 18″. All pieces come with a 1″ extension chain so you can FINE TUNE the fit.

• All items are nicely packaged ready to gift in elegant jewelry boxes. Our jewelry boxes are reusable and recyclable ♡
